We are a non-commercial ambient radio station that is on the air
24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition to our automated radio feed, we
also focus on live radio programs,
with real live hosts who share their passion for deep

of ambient music, and love all forms of it, not just one subgenre or another.

Cycle of the Seasons
The Sidereal Cycle is a four-part suite of long-form ambient works created by ambient sage Altus to reflect the earths annual cycles as we make our way around the sun each year.
Each release coincides with the Solstices and Equinoxes. The title of each track pays homage to dominant constellations in the northern sky during each of the seasons.
This entire four-part series is given the release of the month as each is a small part of a well designed and beautifully articulated conceptual whole.

Aural Fractals
Gordon MacMillan, aka Tange, is a master of ambient structures and sounds, as well as a multi-instrumentalist playing virtually any string instrument from lap steel to sitar.
Tange has a number of mesmerizing releases and live performances which often incorporate strings, synths, and generative software. You can find a link to his releases on his facebook page. Highly recommeded listening!
In addition to his musical prowess, we want to give a round of applause to Gordon for hosting the longest running live show at Stillstream, "Mysterious Semblance" which just celebrated its seventh year on air in April.
